I GET AN ERROR MESSAGE/NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK ON THE SPIRIT GEAR/BIRTHDAY MARQUEE OR VOLUNTEER BUTTONS

You must register your family information on our website for the spirit gear, birthday marquee or any volunteer opportunity to work.  Creating an account is not the same as registering.  

NOTHING HAPPENS WHEN I CLICK ON MY STUDENT(S) TEACHER VOLUNTEER OPPORTUNITIES

You must update your student(s) information in the family section to include Grade and Homeroom Teacher.  Grade level opportunities like Mystery Reader are now only visible for the class your student(s) is in.  

WATCH D.O.G.S. REGISTRATION IS OPEN, BUT I CAN'T FIND WHERE TO SIGN UP

Watch D.O.G.S. volunteer registration will be under the Volunteer tab then under Watch D.O.G.S.  The sign up will be open and accessible to those who have an account and registered on our website.  If you have an account, but cannot access the sign up, it most likely means you have not registered your family information.  Please go to the home page and select "Register/Login" or under My Account/My Forms.  

HOW CAN I ACCESS THE DIRECTORY

The TWE directory is a benefit and available to TWE PTA members only.  Once you purchase your membership, your status will be changed in our website within 7-10 business days.  If you need it before then, please contact vpmembership@twepta.org 

I ADDED MY HUSBAND/WIFE TO BE THE SECOND PARENT ON MY ACCOUNT.  HOW DOES THIS WORK?

If you added your spouse to be the 2nd parent on the account AND select "yes" to manage the account with you, an invitation to register will be sent the email address provided.  Once they register, they will be automatically added to your family account.  

I NEED TO CANCEL MY VOLUNTEER SPOT

Please notify the homeroom parent for all classroom volunteering spots or watchdogs@twepta.org for Watch D.O.G.S.  We understand life happens and sometimes you are no longer able to make your volunteer commitment.  However, the school and teachers plan accordingly for these events and we'd love to either fill the open spot or let the school/teacher know the volunteer will no longer be coming.
